MARKETING SPECIALIST

I. JOB OBJECTIVES

- Complete assigned tasks related to content management and the company's media platforms.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Main tasks:

- Content creation:

+ Conduct in-depth research on topics related to management, finance, investment, training, etc., to develop original content.

+ Identify user needs and suggest new content to address gaps in the company's current content.

+ Plan and strategize content with specific goals, and develop and implement content marketing initiatives to achieve company objectives.

+ Building, developing, and managing content (including writing content, presenting content, ideas for images, presentation styles, etc.) on various media platforms.

+ Collaborate in building and managing marketing campaigns, contributing creative content ideas for campaigns.

+ Stay updated on trends to generate new ideas that increase engagement and brand recognition.

+ Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of communication content metrics, and research customer behavior to optimize performance.

- Media:

+ Managing the company's website, Facebook, Zalo, YouTube, Facebook groups, TikTok, etc.

+ Plan and organize internal events: Internal activities, team activities, regular programs, etc.

+ Plan and organize events for clients and partners, both online and offline.

+ Plan and execute creative ideas, and develop the company's financial and business communities.

+ Expand into untapped channels, if any.

2. Other tasks:

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors/Executive Board (participate in projects, provide feedback on processes, participate in team activities, mobilize and support personnel) in accordance with capabilities and scope;

- Comply with all regulations, procedures, and rules related to the work performed and be responsible for any errors or risks caused to individuals and/or teams who fail to comply.

III. EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

Knowledge and experience

1. Qualifications: 

- University graduate

2. Experience:

- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably with a background in content creation in the financial sector.

3. Foreign languages: Proficiency in English is an advantage.

V. WORKING MECHANISM

- Working hours: Office hours from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM)

- From January to the end of April, we work on Saturdays as well.
