BHM - BUSINESS HEALTH MANAGEMENT

In 2016, BHM marked the beginning of its journey, built on a professional foundation in auditing, valuation, and corporate finance. BHM Auditing & Valuation was established with the objective of providing objective, transparent, and reliable assessments, thereby helping businesses gain a clearer understanding of their financial position, value, and operational performance.

Through its in-depth engagement with financial data and the actual operations of businesses, BHM came to recognize that financial issues are often merely symptoms of broader challenges in management, strategy, and operations.

By 2020, amid the Covid-19 pandemic and significant economic disruptions, businesses were facing increasing pressures related to capital, competitiveness, management, human resources, and adaptability. This was particularly evident among small and medium-sized enterprises, making the need for restructuring and strengthening internal capabilities more urgent than ever.

In response to these realities, BHM Consulting was established with a focus on corporate restructuring and management consulting, while also developing the philosophy of Business Health Management. Under this approach, a business is viewed as an integrated system in which strategy, finance, business development, marketing, human resources, and operations are closely interconnected and directly influence the overall health of the organization.

Also in 2020, BHM Academy was established in response to the growing need to enhance management capabilities and develop human resources. BHM believes that restructuring can only be truly sustainable when a business not only has an appropriate operating model, but also a capable team that can effectively operate and further develop that model.

By 2022, BHM Wealth Management was established to further expand BHM’s journey of supporting businesses and business owners, extending from operational management to asset management, preservation, and value enhancement.

From its initial foundation in auditing and valuation, BHM has gradually developed into an ecosystem encompassing assessment – consulting – training – wealth management, guided by one consistent objective:
