BHM is launching a course on "Effective Budgeting and Cost Management Methods in Businesses" for HaMo Group.
The course "Effective Budgeting and Cost Management Methods in Businesses" took place on February 28th and 29th, 2024 at Intercontinental The Grand Ho Tram, Vung Tau, as scheduled, thanks to meticulous logistical preparation from HaMo Group and BHM, and thorough preparation of training content from BHM instructors.
The training program is designed based on a survey of the actual situation at HaMo Group, with specific research on the aesthetics industry in neighboring countries.
Both HaMo Group and BHM collaborated in organizing the training course to achieve the highest learning effectiveness for the participants. During the training, the instructor facilitated opportunities for participants representing the Executive Board, Business Unit, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, etc., to practice budgeting and cost management in their respective units. The practical sessions focused on addressing participants' concerns, providing them with new perspectives through expert sharing and feedback. The instructor incorporated specific case studies to enable participants to apply the lessons effectively.
This course helps the Executive Board and management at HaMo Group understand and apply the principles and methodologies to their practical work, enabling them to effectively and realistically build budgets and manage costs for the Group, branches, and departments under their responsibility. From there, they will understand and be ready to cooperate and implement policies set by HaMo Group, aiming for efficient and smooth budget and cost management in general.
