TRAINING SERVICES INTERN

I. JOB OBJECTIVES

Support the implementation of activities related to the company's training services.

Participate in supporting the organization, operation, and management of training programs, contributing to improving service quality and learner experience.

 

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Main duties

Assisting with the preparation of documents, data, and logistical tasks for training programs.

Support in organizing and running in-person and online classes, workshops, and training programs.

Assist in managing the student list and updating student data on the system.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the training program is implemented as planned.

Assisting in compiling information and feedback from trainees after training programs.

2. Other tasks

Support the implementation of communication and student care activities related to training courses.

Assist in company training projects, workshops, or events when assigned.

Perform other tasks as assigned by your direct manager and company leadership.

 

III. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
1. Qualifications

Final-year students or recent graduates in the following majors:

  • Economy
  • Business administration
  • Marketing
  • Finance - Banking
  • Or related fields.

2. Experience

No experience required; training will be provided during the internship.

Possesses good organizational and planning skills.

Possesses communication and teamwork skills.

Proactive, responsible, and meticulous in your work.

Proficiency in office software is an advantage.

3. Foreign Languages

Proficiency in English is an advantage.

V. WORKING MECHANISM

Working hours: Office hours from Monday to Friday
(8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM)

Peak season:
From January to the end of April, overtime work on Saturdays is required according to company regulations.
