ACCOUNTING INTERN

I. JOB OBJECTIVES

Assist the Accounting department with tasks related to data entry, document verification, and accounting record keeping.

Through training and practical experience in accounting and finance within businesses, individuals can gradually develop their professional competence and skills.

 

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Main duties

Assisting in collecting and entering accounting data into the accounting software system.

Verify and reconcile the figures between accounting records, invoices, supporting documents, and bank data.

Assisting with printing, organizing, and archiving accounting documents and records in accordance with regulations.

Assist in updating data and preparing accounting documents as assigned.

Assist with other professional tasks within the Accounting department as required.

2. Other tasks

Provide support for the company's accounting and finance-related projects as needed.

Manage and secure assigned accounting documents and records.

Perform other tasks as assigned by your direct manager and company leadership.

 

III. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
1. Qualifications

Final-year students or recent graduates in the following majors:

  • Accountant
  • Auditing
  • Corporate finance
  • Finance – banking or related fields.

2. Experience

No experience required; training will be provided during the internship.

Possesses analytical thinking skills in financial data.

Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Hardworking, careful, responsible, and proactive in their work.

3. Foreign Languages

The ability to use English in the workplace is an advantage.

V. WORKING MECHANISM

Working hours: Office hours from Monday to Friday
(8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM)

Peak season:
From January to the end of April, overtime work on Saturdays is required according to company regulations.
