I. JOB OBJECTIVES
Assisting auditors in the implementation of audit projects related to the construction sector.
Having received training and participated in practical work in auditing construction investment costs, I have developed my professional knowledge and skills.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Main duties
Assisting in collecting, checking, and organizing records and documents related to construction projects.
Assisting in verifying quantities, unit prices, and related documents for construction investment costs.
Assisting with data entry, compilation, and reconciliation for auditing purposes.
Assist in creating tables and compiling data according to the instructions of the assigned auditor.
Provide support for audit tasks in the office or on-site as needed.
2. Other tasks
Assist with tasks related to auditing, financial consulting, or company projects as assigned.
Manage and store audit records and documents in accordance with regulations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader, direct manager, or company leadership.
III. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Final-year students or recent graduates in the following majors:

No experience required; training will be provided during the internship.
Possesses analytical thinking skills and the ability to work with data.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Be careful, honest, and responsible in your work.
Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) is an advantage.
3. Foreign Languages
Proficiency in English is an advantage.

V. WORKING MECHANISM
Working hours: Office hours from Monday to Friday
(8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM)
Peak season:
From January to the end of April, overtime work on Saturdays is required according to company regulations.
