STRENGTHENING INTERNAL AUDIT AND RISK MANAGEMENT CAPABILITIES

As management and operational activities in healthcare institutions become increasingly complex and subject to higher governance and control requirements, strengthening the effectiveness of internal audit plays an important role in helping healthcare organizations proactively identify, assess, and manage potential risks.

The program was delivered by Lecturer Dao Hang, with training content designed to combine professional knowledge with practical insights into the Hospital’s operations.
