I. JOB OBJECTIVES
- Perform general accounting, accounts payable, sales accounting, and management accounting tasks.
- Ensuring the accuracy and transparency of accounting data and financial reports.
- Fully comply with all accounting and tax regulations and obligations to government agencies.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. General accounting and data control
- Managing internal revenue and expenditure within the company.
- Verify and cross-check data between internal departments and units.
- Track accounts receivable from customers and accounts payable to suppliers.
- Check the accounting entries for the transactions that occurred.
- Verify the validity and legality of accounting documents.
- Review and finalize accounting legal documents: contracts, invoices, minutes, and vouchers.
2. Taxes and financial obligations
- File tax returns in accordance with current regulations.
- Perform tasks related to social insurance and obligations to state agencies.
- Explain the data and provide documentation when the tax authorities or inspectors conduct an audit.
3. Financial and management reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare management reports and analyze financial data.
- Compile, store, and manage accounting documents.
- Provide explanations of the data as requested by the Board of Directors.
4. Other tasks
- Assigned asset management
- Propose solutions to improve work efficiency.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Division Director and the Executive Board.
III. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
1. Qualifications and experience
- Graduated from university with a major in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Have 2-3 years of experience as a General Accountant.
- Master accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Understanding the legal aspects of accounting and corporate finance.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
2. Professional knowledge
- Understanding the organization's operations and business sector.
- Possesses knowledge of accounting, finance, credit, and insurance.
- Understand the company's procedures, regulations, and internal rules.
3. Competencies and skills
- Careful and responsible in work.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Good financial analytical thinking
- Planning and implementation skills
- Able to withstand work pressure and willing to travel for business when necessary.

V. WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
- Working Saturdays from January to the end of April.
