I. JOB OBJECTIVES
- Perform general accounting tasks in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure accounting data is accurate, complete, and timely.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Key Responsibilities
- Record, review, and reconcile all economic transactions in accordance with regulations.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable; review and verify the validity and legality of invoices and supporting documents.
- Draft contracts, acceptance minutes, and contract liquidation documents as assigned.
- Liaise with tax authorities, banks, and relevant stakeholders within the scope of responsibilities.
- Prepare and submit periodic tax declarations and reports; perform annual tax finalization in compliance with regulations based on recorded accounting data.
- Prepare and present financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; provide explanations of figures when required.
- Manage and archive accounting books and documents in accordance with regulations.
2. Other Responsibilities
- Perform other tasks as assigned by authorized supervisors.
- Propose improvement solutions within the scope of work (if any).
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 01 years of experience in general accounting.
- Solid understanding of accounting, taxation, and social insurance regulations.
2. Professional Knowledge
- Understanding of organizational operations and the company’s business activities.
- Knowledge of accounting, finance, credit, and insurance.
- Familiarity with internal processes, regulations, and company policies.
3. Competencies & Skills
- Strong analytical and data consolidation skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work under pressure.
4. Others
- English proficiency is an advantage.

V. WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 12:00; 13:30 – 17:30 (from May to December)
- Working on Saturdays (from January to April)
