ACCOUNTANT EXECUTIVE

I. JOB OBJECTIVES

  • Perform general accounting tasks in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure accounting data is accurate, complete, and timely.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Key Responsibilities

  • Record, review, and reconcile all economic transactions in accordance with regulations.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable; review and verify the validity and legality of invoices and supporting documents.
  • Draft contracts, acceptance minutes, and contract liquidation documents as assigned.
  • Liaise with tax authorities, banks, and relevant stakeholders within the scope of responsibilities.
  • Prepare and submit periodic tax declarations and reports; perform annual tax finalization in compliance with regulations based on recorded accounting data.
  • Prepare and present financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; provide explanations of figures when required.
  • Manage and archive accounting books and documents in accordance with regulations.

2. Other Responsibilities

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by authorized supervisors.
  • Propose improvement solutions within the scope of work (if any).

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 01 years of experience in general accounting.
  • Solid understanding of accounting, taxation, and social insurance regulations.

2. Professional Knowledge

  • Understanding of organizational operations and the company’s business activities.
  • Knowledge of accounting, finance, credit, and insurance.
  • Familiarity with internal processes, regulations, and company policies.

3. Competencies & Skills

  • Strong analytical and data consolidation skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

4. Others

  • English proficiency is an advantage.

IV. BENEFITS

  • Salary: VND 15,000,000 – 18,000,000/month (based on capability).

V. WORKING HOURS

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 12:00; 13:30 – 17:30 (from May to December)
  • Working on Saturdays (from January to April)
