MARKETING SPECIALIST

I. JOB OBJECTIVES

-  Building brand image and managing content across the company's media platforms.

- Develop a customer database from offline channels and social marketing: Website, Fanpage, Hotline, Zalo, etc.

 

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Main tasks:

a. Content development

Propose content ideas based on user needs and company direction.

• Participate in developing content plans for each stage/campaign.

• Producing and managing content across media channels (articles, images, format direction, etc.)

• Stay updated on market trends and propose improvements to enhance communication effectiveness.

• Research topics related to management, finance, investment, training, etc., to develop appropriate content.

• Monitor key metrics and suggest content optimization.

b. Communication

• Coordinate the implementation of Marketing/Communication campaigns

• Participate in community building and development in line with company guidelines.

• Propose and test new communication channels as appropriate.

c. Event organization support

• Develop plans and organize events/training programs for clients/partners (online/offline)

• Coordinate the implementation of internal activities (online/offline)

• Event communication

d. Basic design and manufacturing

• Design simple printed materials (banners, social media posts, brochures, etc.)

• Edit short videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) using basic tools

• Collaborate in building the media image for the program/course.

e. Assist in managing the company's communication channels (Website, Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, etc.) as requested by the Manager.

 

2. Other tasks:

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors/Executive Board (participate in projects, provide feedback on processes, participate in team activities, mobilize and support personnel) in accordance with capabilities and scope;

- Comply with all regulations, procedures, and rules related to the work performed and be responsible for any errors or risks caused to individuals and/or teams who fail to comply.

 

III. EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

1. Knowledge & Experience

- Graduated from university with a relevant major.

- Minimum 6 months of experience in the Marketing field.

- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in content creation in the following fields: training, consulting, or finance.

- Foreign languages: Proficient in all four skills (Listening - Speaking - Reading - Writing)

2. Professional knowledge

- Thorough understanding of the company's operating systems; ability to coordinate and effectively manage work across multiple departments, with an organizational/strategic mindset.

- Thoroughly understand the company's products and services; capable of proposing improvements and innovations to enhance the quality and efficiency of service delivery.

- Understand and comply with regulations and operational procedures; be able to propose adjustments and improvements to procedures when necessary.

3. Competencies & Skills

  • Skills in working independently and effectively in a team.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to use language flexibly in communication.
  • Event and workshop organizing skills (online & offline)
  • Proficiency in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Basic video design and editing skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills

V. WORKING MECHANISM

-  Working hours: Office hours from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM)

- From January to the end of April, we work on Saturdays as well.
