AUDIT ASSISTANT

I. JOB OBJECTIVE

Ensure the successful completion of assigned projects at the Assistant level; perform task assignments, coordinate and monitor the execution of work within the assigned team scope.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Main Responsibilities

Support, implement, and participate in audit programs as assigned by management, including:

  • Financial Statement Audit
  • Internal Audit
  • Compliance Audit
  • Operational Audit
  • Financial Statement Review

Participate in the preparation of Audit Minutes, Audit Reports; submit to management for review and discuss audit results with clients.

Participate in developing and improving audit procedures, audit programs, and audit templates to support audit activities.

2. Other Responsibilities

  • Participate in financial advisory projects, financial planning, valuation projects, and other related consulting assignments.
  • Manage assigned company assets; propose solutions to improve work efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Team Leader/Division Director/Company Executive Board.

III. REQUIREMENTS

1. Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.

2. Professional Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of legal regulations and standards related to accounting, auditing, finance, and taxation.

  • At least 01 year of experience in accounting, auditing, or related fields (including internship experience at audit firms/organizations).

  • Preference will be given to candidates who have obtained or are pursuing professional certifications (CPA, Valuer, etc.).

3. Competencies and Skills

  • Ability to build connections and expand professional relationships.

  • Planning and execution skills.

  • Strong financial analysis and information assessment mindset.

  • Good health, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel for business trips.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

4. Other Requirements

  • English proficiency is an advantage.

IV. BENEFITS

  • Salary: VND 9,000,000 – 11,000,000/month (based on qualifications and performance).

V. WORKING HOURS
