Ensure the successful completion of assigned projects at the Assistant level; perform task assignments, coordinate and monitor the execution of work within the assigned team scope.
Support, implement, and participate in audit programs as assigned by management, including:
Participate in the preparation of Audit Minutes, Audit Reports; submit to management for review and discuss audit results with clients.
Participate in developing and improving audit procedures, audit programs, and audit templates to support audit activities.
1. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
2. Professional Knowledge
Strong understanding of legal regulations and standards related to accounting, auditing, finance, and taxation.
At least 01 year of experience in accounting, auditing, or related fields (including internship experience at audit firms/organizations).
Preference will be given to candidates who have obtained or are pursuing professional certifications (CPA, Valuer, etc.).
Ability to build connections and expand professional relationships.
Planning and execution skills.
Strong financial analysis and information assessment mindset.
Good health, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel for business trips.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
English proficiency is an advantage.
