I. JOB OBJECTIVE
Support Human Resources and Administrative activities of the company, ensure completion of assigned tasks, and assist in implementing internal activities under the guidance of the manager.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Main Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
- Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms.
- Screen CVs, arrange interview schedules, and support the onboarding process for new employees.
Employee Records Management Support:
- Arrange and maintain employee records and documents.
- Support preparation of employment contracts, documents, and related procedures.
Internal Events and Activities Support:
- Coordinate with relevant departments to organize internal communication activities and company events such as International Women’s Day (08/03), Vietnamese Women’s Day (20/10), Company Trip, etc.
Internal Training Support:
- Arrange training schedules, manage training calendars, send announcements, and prepare relevant training materials.
Administrative Support:
- Support administrative tasks including attendance management, office hygiene, stationery management, courier services, business trips, office expenses, and other related activities.
- Perform other assigned tasks based on capabilities and responsibilities.
2. Other Responsibilities
- Manage assigned company assets and optimize resources; propose solutions to improve work efficiency.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Human Resources, including:
- Participating in projects
- Providing suggestions for process improvement
- Joining company activities
- Supporting HR operations when required
III. REQUIREMENTS
1. Education and Experience
- University-level education.
- Third-year, fourth-year students, or fresh graduates from universities/colleges.
2. Professional Knowledge
- Understanding of organizational operations and business activities.
- Basic understanding of company procedures, policies, and internal regulations.
3. Competencies and Skills
- Basic knowledge and interest in Human Resources.
- Ability to observe, evaluate situations, and make appropriate decisions.
- Analytical thinking regarding employee behaviors and needs.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
4. Other Requirements
- English proficiency is an advantage.

V. WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM (from May to December).
- Working on Saturdays (from January to the end of April).
