HR & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

I. JOB OBJECTIVE

Ensure completion of assigned tasks and support the company’s Human Resources and Administrative activities.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Main Responsibilities

Responsible for Human Resources management activities at the company:

  • Recruitment: Develop job descriptions (JD), post job vacancies, screen candidates, arrange interview schedules, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees.

  • Manage employee records, prepare employment contracts, and regularly monitor employee contract deadlines.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to organize internal communication activities: 08/03, 20/10, Company Trip, etc.

  • Complete HR-related procedures and documents.

  • Internal training: Arrange schedules, manage training plans, send notifications, and prepare relevant materials.

  • Support administrative tasks: Attendance tracking, office cleanliness, office supplies management, courier services, business trips, office expenses, etc.

  • Perform other assigned tasks in accordance with capabilities and scope of work.

2. Other Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned assets, optimize resources; propose solutions to improve and enhance work efficiency.

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Human Resources (participate in projects, contribute ideas for process improvement, participate in company activities, provide HR support when required) in accordance with capabilities and scope of work.

III. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

1. Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resource Management, Law, Labor and Social Affairs, or related majors.

  • At least 06 months of working experience in Human Resources Management / HR Administration.

  • Candidates with specialized training in Human Resource Management at universities are preferred.

2. Professional Knowledge

  • Understanding of organizational operations and business fields of enterprises.

  • Understanding of company processes, regulations, and internal policies.

3. Competencies and Skills

  • Strong knowledge in the field of Human Resources.

  • Ability to observe, evaluate, and make decisions.

  • Analytical thinking regarding human behaviors and needs.

  • Ability to work effectively in teams and independently.

4. Others

  • English proficiency is an advantage.

V. WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM (From May to December)
Working on Saturdays (from January to the end of April)
