HR MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

I. JOB OBJECTIVE

To ensure the timely and effective completion of assigned tasks while supporting the Company's Human Resources Consulting operations.


II. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Primary Responsibilities

  • Participate in HR Consulting projects for the Company's clients, including:

    • Organizational Design (Organization Structure/Org Chart)

    • Functional Analysis & Responsibility Assignment

    • Job Description (JD) Development

    • Competency Framework Development

    • Job Evaluation & Job Architecture

    • Performance Management Systems (KPI, OKR, MBO, etc.)

    • Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Design and Advisory

  • Participate in Management Reporting consulting projects, organizational restructuring projects, and other consulting assignments within the assigned scope of work.

  • Support the development, review, update, and standardization of policies, regulations, procedures, and consulting methodologies related to Human Resource Management, Corporate Governance, and other assigned business areas.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

  • Prepare, consolidate, analyze, and submit periodic and ad hoc reports as assigned.

2. Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned company assets and resources effectively while proposing initiatives to improve work efficiency.

  • Perform other duties assigned by the Department Head, Division Head, or Company Management, including participation in projects, process improvement initiatives, corporate activities, and cross-functional support, in accordance with individual capabilities and business requirements.


III. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

1. Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or other related disciplines.

  • Candidates holding professional certifications or advanced training in Organization Design, HR Business Partner (HRBP), Talent Management, or HR Analytics are preferred.

2. Experience

  • Minimum of one (01) year of experience in Human Resource Management.

  • Candidates with experience in internal HR operations, HR administration, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and HR policy implementation will have opportunities to receive specialized training and professional development aligned with the Company's consulting career path.

3. Language

  • Proficiency in English is considered an advantage.

V. WORKING ARRANGEMENT

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday:

    • 08:00 – 12:00

    • 13:30 – 17:30

  • From January through April, employees are also required to work on Saturdays.
