TRAINING SERVICES INTERN

I. JOB OBJECTIVES

- Support Telesales Marketing activities for training courses: making consultation calls – nurturing students – encouraging registrations.

- Ensure that classes (online/offline) run smoothly and provide a positive learning experience for students.

 

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Main duties

- Telesales marketing:

  • Call for course consultation based on marketing data from advertising campaigns/landing pages/fan pages.
  • Leverage needs insights, gather information, and categorize learners based on their level of interest.
  • Monitor, care for, remind students of appointments, and provide support to encourage them to make the decision to register.
  • Update student status in the CRM/Excel system and generate daily reports.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and student insights.

- Class organization - Class supervision:

  • Prepare the classroom, materials, and equipment (offline); set up Zoom and materials (online).
  • Assisting instructors during the teaching process: coordinating and handling any arising issues.
  • Check-in, take attendance, and guide students.
  • Support for concluding the lesson: compiling feedback, evaluations, images, and recap content.

2. Other tasks

- Assisting in planning and implementing events, training programs, and preparing post-program reports.

- Assisting in developing training program content.

- Adhere to procedures and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

 

III. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
1. Qualifications

Third-year or fourth-year students, or recent graduates in the following majors:

  • Economy
  • Business administration
  • Marketing
  • Finance - Banking

Or related fields.

2. Experience

No experience required; training will be provided during the internship. Prior experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.

A basic understanding of communication, marketing, and sales is an advantage.

Understanding the operating system and having knowledge of the company's products and services.

There is the possibility of changing or adjusting the regulations and procedures of the current service provider.                                                                

3. Competencies and skills

Ability to work independently, work in a team, etc.

Good communication skills, clear voice, positive attitude.

Skills in organizing classes, events, etc.

Basic Word, Excel, PowerPoint software, etc.

V. WORKING MECHANISM

Working hours: Office hours from Monday to Friday
(8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM)

Peak season:
From January to the end of April, overtime work on Saturdays is required according to company regulations.
